My name is Tawanda Chirenda. I used to think passion was enough to grow your team, go through life as a young leader, and succeed at work. I was wrong, very wrong. I discovered the hard way that you need strategy. I discovered you need to learn how to lead yourself first before you can lead anyone else.
I am now a Willing Student and I am on a mission to teach others what I have learned and what I am still learning. I want to be your coach first and then show you how to become your own best coach and make the impact you want to have with your team and your life.

The Commitment
This is an immersive, high impact program designed to take you to the next level of your leadership. Our minimum commitment period is three months. In the real world it is extremely rare to achieve breakthrough results with a single test. That’s why you will get the best results from an iterative (rinse, repeat) process where we continually learn about you, your goals, and your best leadership growth opportunities. Throughout this period, we'll work closely with you, and become an extension of your team. Our services are provided via a flat monthly fee. Once the initial 3 months are over, we’ll continue month to month until the law of diminishing returns kicks in.
We Don’t Sell Time, We Sell Value
At our core, we’re thinkers. Our greatest value to you is our ability to think. Unlike most business coaching programs, we don’t want to divert attention away from that which matters most – thought and more importantly the value of thoughts – and not the amount of time it takes to execute those thoughts.
We don’t need to concentrate on this phase right now. The main focus is on finding out what should be done in the first place to grow your leadership and expand your influence and impact.
