I understand that becoming who you want to be in business and in your life isn’t easy because I have been through it myself.

Before I founded BAWS Academy, I had to ask myself some very tough questions. I was dealing with a lot of challenges as a young entrepreneur, and I wanted help breaking past these barriers. I wanted to take my business and life to the next level, but I was stuck.
I wanted to stretch myself, but I didn’t know how. I wanted more authenticity, impact and influence. I wanted to grow my personal brand presence. I wanted to influence others in powerful ways, but I wasn’t sure how to go about it.
I needed a coach to help me and I didn’t know it then. When I started working with my first coach, my life changed for the better. Working with my first coach taught me the power of leading myself first before I could influence anyone else. It taught me how to sell a new idea or product to myself first before I could sell to anyone else. It taught me how to build a smart, fun and caring team around me by building myself first.
It was a thought-provoking and creative process that gave me perspective. I had to become a Willing Student first before I could get the outcomes I wanted.
