Level Four: Accelerate
Focus Growth Where It Matters Most
Once you understand the business more clearly, acceleration isn't about doing everything faster.
It's about knowing where focused action can make the greatest difference.
At this level, we identify the priorities most important to the next stage of growth and translate them into deliberate action.
That might involve strengthening sales, improving decision-making, developing the team, clarifying strategy, deepening customer relationships, improving execution, or addressing a constraint that is slowing the business down.
But focus also requires saying no.
Not every opportunity deserves attention.
Not every problem needs to be solved immediately.
And not every growth target is worth pursuing.
Accelerate is about directing energy toward what matters, and learning quickly enough to adjust when the evidence tells us something different.
