Working with my first coach taught me the power of leading myself first before I could influence anyone else. It taught me how to sell a new idea or product to myself first before I could sell to anyone else. It taught me how to build a smart, fun and caring team around me by building myself first.
It was a thought-provoking and creative process that gave me perspective. I had to become a Willing Student first before I could get the outcomes I wanted.
