Like most young entrepreneurs I meet and work with, I wanted to build a flourishing business, become more competitive in my niche, and change the world. I wanted to use my work and my life to make an impact in my community. I didn’t know though that the journey to becoming extraordinary takes more than good intentions. Like one of my coaches told me a while back, “Tawanda, good intentions are not good enough.” I am just paraphrasing here. He said more than that. It hurt, a lot. But it made me better. I have learnt things since then and that’s how I want to serve you.

My name is Tawanda Chirenda. I am the Founder of BAWS Academy. I help young entrepreneurs become who they want to be.
